Pack An Track

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and travel services provided by Pack An Track. By booking or using our services, the client/customer/traveler agrees to be bound by the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  1. All bookings must be made with accurate personal details. Any incorrect information may lead to cancellation or denial by airlines/hotels without refund.
  2. Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment, depending on package type.
  3. Full payment must be completed within the specified time. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

  1. Package prices are based on prevailing rates at the time of quotation and may vary due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel/airfare changes, or currency fluctuations.
  2. Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the selected package itinerary.
  3. Any additional personal expenses (meals not mentioned, laundry, shopping, room service, tips, entry fees, etc.) shall be borne by the traveler.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation charges apply as per company policy and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport).
  2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within standard working days after deducting cancellation charges.
  3. No refunds for no-show, last-minute cancellations, unused services, or early departure during the trip.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  1. Travelers must carry valid identification documents, passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and other necessary travel documents.
  2. The company is not responsible for refusal of visa/entry by immigration authorities.
  3. Any travel disruption due to missing documents will be solely the traveler’s responsibility.

5. Itinerary Changes

  1. Itinerary may change due to weather conditions, operational issues, political circumstances, or acts beyond control.
  2. Pack An Track reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel itineraries to ensure safety and service continuity.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

  1. Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Any medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  2. The company is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, accident, natural calamities, delays, or third-party service failures.
  3. Travelers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip.

7. Accommodation & Transport

  1. Hotels/rooms will be provided as per package category (Standard/Deluxe/Luxury). Room allocation is controlled by the hotel.
  2. Vehicle types depend on group size and availability. Extra charges apply for additional usage beyond the itinerary.

8. Code of Conduct

  1. Travelers must maintain discipline and follow local rules and regulations.
  2. Any misconduct affecting other travelers or service providers may result in termination of services without refund.

9. Force Majeure

Events such as pandemic, war, natural disaster, government restrictions, strike, or any unforeseen situation that affects service delivery will fall under Force Majeure. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will follow supplier policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to jurisdiction within India only.
